We are pleased to announce the appointment of a Service Director for the group.

Jason Wilson (left), who joined the group as Service Manager in 2008, has developed the successful service centre at Northampton and is now being elevated in his role to look after the nine service centres across the group. He brings over 27 years of experience in the motor trade and has played a major part of implementing and refining the new service computer system into the Marquis group.
The priority for the Group is to attain the NCC Approved Workshop Scheme across all nine service centres, which is the industry benchmark for all motorhome and touring caravan servicing. To be part of the Scheme, workshops must pass an annual inspection by a team of independent assessors and comply with the Scheme’s rigorous standards. The group sees this investment as a critical part of their business improvement objectives over the next 2 years.

Assisting Wilson will be Fred Begley, as Group Aftersales & Service Manager. Begley brings a wealth of knowledge to the department with over 17 years of experience with Marquis and motorhomes.
