Marquis Motorhomes was established in 1973 and now has 10 branches nationwide. Enjoying over 35 years in the industry, Marquis has expanded over the decades to become the largest multi site dealership in the UK. In 2000, Marquis Lancashire re-located to new premises in Preston Docklands, which marked the start of 'Marquis Super Sites', a one-stop shop solution for the motorhome owner.

In 2001 Marquis joined forces with Auto-Sleepers to form the Auto-Sleeper Group and in August 2005, the Auto-Sleeper Group merged with the continental motorhome giant Societa Europea Autocaravan (SEA). As a consequence, Marquis Motorhomes is now part of the third largest motorhome group in Europe.

The ability to buy in bulk has been the cornerstone in the development of Marquis' award winning, exclusive special edition ranges.
